Each charter comes with a trained crew, all necessary safety gear, fuel, and basic non-alcoholic drinks. The exact offerings differ based on the type of service — sunset tours come with premium non-alcoholic beverages and light snacks, whereas business charters offer meeting facilities and corporate catering choices.
When should I make my reservation?
It's advisable to reserve your spot at a minimum of 2–3 weeks beforehand to ensure availability, this is particularly important during the high season from May–September. For business gatherings and personal festivities, booking 4–6 weeks ahead is ideal to guarantee availability and custom preparation time.
What is the procedure if the weather turns bad?
Your well-being is our utmost concern. If the captain determines that weather conditions are not safe, we will propose a new date for the charter or issue a complete refund. We closely monitor meteorological conditions and will reach out 24 hours before your scheduled departure if the forecast raises concerns.
Can I bring my own food and refreshments?
Absolutely, you are free to bring your own food and drinks onboard. We also provide exceptional catering services that can be tailored to your preferences. Kindly note that for safety reasons, glass containers are prohibited on the yacht.
Do your yachts accommodate guests with mobility issues?
We aim to make our services accessible to everyone. Some of our vessels are equipped with better facilities to assist those with mobility limitations. We urge you to inform us of any special requirements during booking so that we can suggest the most appropriate yacht and organize any necessary arrangements.
What are your terms for cancelling a booking?
Cancellations done with more than 72 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund. Those made between 24–72 hours prior will get back 50% of their payment. Any cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded unless due to unsafe weather or mechanical difficulties on our end.
