PebbleParkHome offers top-tier yacht charter services, which include, but are not restricted to:

• Day-long yacht rentals
• Evening cruises
• Business retreats
• Special events
• Extended charters

Availability of all services is contingent on both demand and climatic conditions. We reserve the right to alter or cease services without prior notice.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

When you wish to book a charter, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Supply truthful and complete details
• Make a deposit as detailed in your booking confirmation
• Accept these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Booking confirmation is contingent upon the receipt of payment and our subsequent written confirmation. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charter availability is subject to the availability of the vessel and appropriateness of the weather conditions. We will exert reasonable efforts to accommodate your desired dates and hours.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All price indications are in € and incorporate all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may be adjusted without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Deposit: 50% of the entire charter fee is due at the time of booking
• Balance: Payable 48 hours prior to the departure of the charter
• Supplementary charges (if applicable): Payable upon the conclusion of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and bank-certified checks. Payment handling is executed through secure and encrypted systems.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• More than 72 hours before departure: Full reimbursement minus processing fees
• 24-72 hours before departure: 50% reimbursement
• Less than 24 hours before departure: No reimbursement

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In the event that the weather is deemed dangerous by our captain, we will propose the following options:

• Reschedule your charter to another convenient date without additional charges
• Issue a complete refund if it is not possible to reschedule

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If there are mechanical issues with the vessel designated for your charter, we will attempt to arrange an appropriate substitute. If substitution is not feasible, a full reimbursement will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All passengers are required to:

• Adhere to all directions provided by the crew
• Wear any necessary safety gear when requested
• Inform about any medical conditions which may impact their safety
• Stay in designated sections of the yacht

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following items are disallowed onboard:

• Glassware
• Illegal substances
• Weapons including firearms
• Excessive beverages (beyond reasonable non-alcoholic drinks like juice or soda)
• Animals (unless approval has been previously granted)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully. We reserve the right to end a charter without refund in the event that a passenger's conduct creates a threat to safety or impedes the enjoyment of others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our liability is confined to the sum paid for your charter. We assume no responsibility for:

• Injuries sustained through passenger carelessness
• The theft or damage of personal property
• Indirect, incidental, or punitive damages
• Delays resulting from adverse weather or events beyond our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We carry comprehensive maritime insurance for our fleet and operations. Passengers ought to secure their own personal and travel insurance policies.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By engaging in our yacht services, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with marine activities and agree to assume responsibility for your safety and well-being.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We retain the right to revise itineraries, routes, or schedules in light of factors such as weather, safety considerations, or operational needs. We will endeavor to offer equivalent substitute experiences wherever possible.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, or amendments brought about by situations outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Extreme meteorological conditions
• Natural calamities
• Regulatory actions by authorities
• Port closures
• Technical malfunctions

10. Privacy and Data Protection
